I wanted a house in an area I didn't think I could afford. John told me about the house I'm living in now on the day it hit the market. John advised I wait two weeks before putting in a low offer. I took his advice, and somehow John got the seller, who was not his client, to accept my offer. At the same time John negotiated the sale of my old house.
