PROACTIVE MARKETING

PLANNING
A thorough COMPARATIVE MARKET ANALYSIS of your property will be conducted. You will be given a realistic marketable window of value for your property.
IMPLEMENTATION
Your property will be marketed in both local full-color real estate publications HOMES & LAND and PREMIERE HOMES.
I will advertise your property in the local newspaper, the NORTH LAKE TAHOE BONANZA. On occasion I advertise in out-of-the-area newspapers.
I will E-MAIL information about your property including a flyer to my current database of hundreds of interested and qualified buyers. I will also E-MAIL your property flyer to all the local Realtors in both states.
At your discretion, I will place PHONE CALLS to your neighbors to see if they may know a buyer for your property.
Your property will be listed on the WORLD WIDE WEB in several places: ALL PROPERTIES, the Featured Properties pages of the most comprehensive real estate websites at Lake Tahoe, AllTahoeHomes.com, Jtahoe.com, tahoerealtor.net; plus homesandland.com, premierehomes.net, and realtor.com. In Addition, CALIFORNIA properties can be found at - tahoenorthshorerealty.com; NEVADA properties - inclineproperties.com, and homes.com
  Your property will be on REALTOR TOUR if you desire. I will market your property by presenting it in a public speaking forum to local Realtors at our weekly MLS meetings.
I will send out just listed POSTCARDS to your neighbors at your request.
Your property will have an exterior SIGN and FLYERS, it will be listed in the MLS with photos, and be on LOCKBOX if you desire.
Your property can be on OPEN HOUSE at your request.
I will make a FULL-COLOR PROFESSIONAL FLYER with numerous pictures of your property. I am one of the only Realtors on the north shore of Lake Tahoe who is a licensed and active real estate BROKER in both NEVADA and CALIFORNIA. Because of my unique position, I will network and actively market your property to agents in both states.
One of my goals is to have a GOOD REFERRAL from all of my clients. My reference list is always comprised of people from my most recent closed escrows. If you would like a periodic update about activity related to your property, we will make a standing appointment of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Above all, my goal is to SELL YOUR PROPERTY and keep you as a satisfied client. I’ve been a Realtor since 1997. I have a good referral from every client I've ever worked with. With the exception of one, EVERY PROPERTY I HAVE LISTED HAS SOLD WHILE IT WAS LISTED WITH ME.
